Problem with Top Bar of Ubuntu 14.04

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 Desktop. Can I move the top bar to the bottom?

Not that I know. There are other flavors of Ubuntu that allow that: Lubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu and Ubuntu Mate do.

Thank you very much for your reply. Still, the user can only use Ubuntu with Unity. Ae there any other solutions?
