You need Flash player 10 or better to be able to use Pixlr Editor - Get Flash Player

Enable the Canonical Partners repository:
Settings > Software & Updates > Other Software, checked "Canonical Parnters"
Authenticate to save the change

Then open a Terminal and run

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin
