I am installing 16.04 to a single IDE drive and using the USB live boot method. MY hard drive is an older 40 gig unit formatted as is the only hard drive connected and is the Master IDE. Ubuntu goes thru the beginning process of installing updates and third party then suddenly it stops and the machine just goes to sleep. Monitor goes to sleep mode and computer has a green power led showing but no activity at all. What do you do in a case such as this.
