View Full Version : GRUB command line instead of menu

Hi,

I'm trying to install ubuntu on my notebook. I have already created 100 GB partition in my hdd (i also have ssd where Windows is installed). I booted usb and changed boot policy in BIOS. However, after restarting the computer GRUB command line appears instead of menu where I can choose the Installation, Try without Installation, Windows etc.
Can you help me to open the menu, and install Ubuntu alongside Windows on the prepared partition?

Is Windows UEFI or BIOS boot. You want Ubuntu in the same boot mode.
