Jucato

Last August 5, 2006, the first Ubuntu Classroom session was held over the IRC (or Internet Relay Chat). The topic was "Introduction to IRC", covering how to use irssi (discussed by hybrid) and Konversation (discussed by nixternal). It was quite an experience, at least for me. :D
Here's my blog post about our first day of class:
http://jucato.multiply.com/journal/item/28
It includes a short summary and "review" of the first day, and links to the transcripts (a.k.a. edited log files) I made of the lessons.
(Contents of the text in the transcripts are from the instructors, hybrid and nixternal.)
To those who weren't able to attend, there will be more classes to come with other interesting topics.
To those who don't know what I'm talking about, read this: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Classroom
NOTE: The instructors said they will publish the logs of the lessons on their wiki page. I will provide a link here as soon as it is available.
