Broadcom wifi bug

Hi all,
Wondered if the well known Broadcom wifi issue is now fixed or if its planned to be included in an update?
Have had to reinstall 14.04 after failing to find a fix but wondered if its worth exploring again or should I wait?

Which bug are you referring to? I know of many issues with broadcom modules and I don't know which one I would put on top of my list

Looked at your other posts and the secure boot issue with bcmwl-kernel-source still exists. The easy fix is to disable secure boot in BIOS

Thanks Jeremy might give it another go, just wondered if an update was imminent.

Did a fresh install of 16.04 LTS after disabling secure boot and all went well.
I now have wifi and seems to be ok so far.
Thanks Jeremy, wish someone had just said disable secure boot a month ago.
