It's not direct connected to Ubuntu, but connected at my change from Windows to Ubuntu.
Just put an 1 GB harddisk from an demaged notebook into a USB case.
I formated it as EXT4 and installed on my Windows notebook Paragon Ext4 drivers.
I tried to copy with Windows desktop
I tried to copy with Create Synchroncity
In both cases, date created and date modified is the date just right now.
So at copying, the date information created and modified is lost.
I just formated the drive new as NTFS.
Here the date modified and created is correct the data of the copied file.
