Mouse scrolling speed

Is there a way to speed up mouse scrolling everywhere?

I tried "iwheel", but it changed also the behavior, so that's out of the question... Couldn't find any other solution yet.

Using Ubuntu:
System Settings > Mouse & Touchpad
You can adjust double-click speed and pointer speed

With Xubuntu, if I remember correctly, I believe you can make more adjustments.
