Mouse wheel settings

Hey,
whenever I scroll through a webpage or in a folder it always scrolls an entire page instead of 3 lines. I can't find any settings for that. I heard that iwheel can fix that for me, but I can't find it in apt. Is there an other way to fix my problem?

Hi - If you're using Firefox, you could try changing the scrolling settings in the Preferences > Advanced > General section.

I use chrome, but thank you for the help anyways :)
