Unable to boot into my system . Boot-repair info shows repair-filesystems

Hi,

My laptop was working perfectly fine yesterday and today morning when I switched it on, it won't go beyond the boot menu

It came with windows pre-installed and I had dual booted it with ubuntu 14.04. Later I had to do a ubuntu reinstallation and at that time I deleted windows.

Script only shows 16GB flash drive, no hard drive at all??

Does UEFI show hard drive?
Do a full cold reboot, power down, remove battery & hold power switch for 10 sec or so.
UEFI retains settings with warm reboots (UEFI fast boot), so it may still show drive from before.
