Hi,
I'm looking for a Deployment Management Tools that is able to support both linux and windows machines. In particular, I work for a school and we have about 100 hundred machines with different OS ubuntu and lubuntu and windows 7 and windows 10. At the moment, we are doing the majority of job as installation, upgrading and updating by using scripts without a centralized GUI.
I'm investigating about open source solutions, not enterprise one, that are able to deploy and manage our machines. I know that the most used projects are: Puppet, Chef, Ansible and SaltStack. What do you suggestion? I'm not expert about it and I would like to start learning a good one.
