Strange behaviour on undecorated fullscreen JFrame with Ubuntu Unity Plugins disabled

Hi friends, I can't show correctly an undecorated fullscreen JFrame with Ubuntu Unity Plugins disabled.

I need windows with decoration and another set of windows without it but in fullscreen mode. I need to disable the top and bottom screen bar and shortcuts too, so I disable the ubuntu unity plugins.

So, I disabled the ubuntu unity plugins and enabled the windows decoration using compiz-config and in my application set the undecorated properties for the fullscreen frameless windows. When the frameless windows are open, it appears a kind of decoration on top of the screen but if I open the pop-up menu over it, it shows the pop-up menu from the desktop!. With my fullscreen windows opens, if I disable and enable the windows decoration on compiz-config the strange bar disappears and the windows are displayed correctly.

Any idea?

My Ubuntu version is 14.04 v4 64 bits.
