ubuntu 16.04lts, missing "install ubuntu alongside windows boot manager", as in previous versions.

We cannot help you unless you give us more information. Hardware specification? Existing operating system? Partition layout? BIOS or UEFI boot system? Previous versions of Ubuntu had the same problem. It is all to do with an existing operating system, the boot system and the partition layout. Specific advice cannot be given without specific information about the machine and the system on it.
