16.04 .snap package installing?

How to install/run snap package just by clicking on it and ofcourse in user level just like on Android or OSX?

anyone care to enlighten what system packages are needed to support click on .snap to install on user level without password like on android? if not possible yet then lets hope this feature will come as it can convert more Windows users to Ubuntu finally.
