View Full Version : [lubuntu] Assus not booting after a Lubuntu 16.04 fresh install - qos & power-save issues

After installing Lubuntu 16-04-LTS from a live USB I get this 2 messages in a totally black screen when booting for 1st time:
[ 25.760603] brcmsmac bcma0:1: brcms_ops_bss_info_changed: qos enabled: false (implement) [ 25.760799] brcmsmac bcma0:1: brcms_ops_config: change power-save mode: false (implement) I'm absolutely lost because it's no graphical interface and all remains blocked endlessly. By typing "Alt+F2" I've tried to follow this "partial" solution: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=131790. But it's not working. My computer is a netbook Assus Eee PC Seashell series and it used to work fine wit the previous Lubuntu LTS version. Any help will be welcome. Thank you.

Sounds as if it might be a similar problem to mine with a re-badged MSI u100 netbook.
