Neither trackpad or bluetooth mouse working after new install

Just installed the latest version (15.10) from a bootable USB stick to a clean partition. Neither my trackpad nor my bluetooth mouse is working although they both work on Mint 17.3. Do I need to do a fresh install or is there another way to get to bluetooth configuration?
