RAID 1 and LVM in Ubuntu Server 14.04 don't boot after install

Hi,

I follow this guide http://blogging.dragon.org.uk/installing-ubuntu-14-04-on-raid-1-and-lvm/#comment-190 to make a RAID1 and LVM on Ubuntu Server 14.04.4 x64.

I made every step without problem but when i restart after completed installation i can't boot to Ubuntu.

It says:


MDADM create user root not found
MDADM create disk group not found

In loop.

But when i boot with only 1 disk connected can i boot without problem.
