I have a PXE server with Ubuntu installations, all of them use a preseed config file that point to a local mirror.
Problem is, whenever the installation start downloading files from the local mirror in hangs for about 5 minutes and then resumes installation as normal.
If i use another mirror everything works fine, I tried installing from USB too and the same problem.
The installation hangs at "nonblocking pool is initialized", then after 5-10 minutes the installation proceeds and finished normally.
This happens with versions 15.10/14.04.4/12.04.5
