I ran into a customer that is running a server that is primarily a zoneminder camera server. They would like to start running other services on it like email and possibly an internal website. Since it would be opened up to the internet I would like to upgrade it to the most current long term release for obvious reasons. Is there an upgrade path I can follow to bring this current, like going from 12.04 to 14.04, or would I be further ahead to do a fresh install of 14.04, then upgrade to 16.04 when ready?
