Daily updates

I noted a new release ubuntu14.04.4................I use ubuntu 14.04 lts and update daily. So have my updates takne me up to 14.04.4?

Using terminal I found no upgrade available.

Updating as normal will take you to 14.04.4

What is the output of the terminal command..
