I have maybe a good idea I want to discuss, I'm a former Microsoft developer, without a master (RONIN)

20 years programming experience, mostly web development

Maybe you should ask them? https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-devel

They are too busy answering emails on mailing lists. I see developers having 2 choices. Do stuff or talk/write about doing stuff. I am happy for them to do stuff.

Why are developers so bad at writing documentation? Because they only know how to write in code. :)

Your lessons in both the German use of Fremdwörter and in the pronunciation of an entirely unrelated word are incorrect.

Furthermore, they don't add much to the subject.
