How do corporates get away with this stuff ? Just does not seem to get the same reaction as a 7-11 robbery as mentioned below.

It will be interesting to see how the US press handles this if things start to look especially bad for Apple.

Apple has been the media's technological golden boy for so long. Nobody ever wants to say anything bad about them... probably because they're afraid they'll get sued.

I always love going to Google and searching for "apple sues (http://www.google.com/search?q=apple+sues&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:unofficial)". So many hits.
