14.04 ubuntu loop problem no can login

I use ubuntu couple of months ago and everything worked perfectly but today I once got from this message the system is running in low-graphics mode

I tried using this forum to solve this, but all I managed now I can not start my computer I get a box to enter my password again to return me enter and so on.

I tried all kinds of things all day but I could not ... any advice would be very much meant.

If so, please describe what you did, what guide, page, thread... And, of course, hardware specs, namely the graphics card/chip.
What you described can happen when an update breaks a graphics driver but without proper information nobody can even start thinking about troubleshooting. Please acquire the habit of providing relevant information from the start when asking for help.
