Ubuntu Server ssh problem

In ubuntu server whenever I run "cd /h ei + tab command" or "cd /v + tab" on SSH. I'm getting this error "cannot create temp file for here-document: No space left on device". Basically can't get in to any directory.

Any suggestions how to solve this issue?
