Bootloader re-installation

Hi, my dual-boot netbook has one single hard disk, which contains two partitions: a) Win7 and b) Ubuntu 14.04.
I have re-installed the Win7 O.S., which means that the bootloader whici is located on the 1st partition with the Win7 O.S. , is also deleted!
Could anybody let me know the right steps ( commands) for re-installing the grub bootloader, and finally have a dual boot system again?

You can either do it from a live ubuntu system

or by using Boot-Repair from my signature.
