I was wondering what would be the best solution for the following setup for a laptop:

HDD must be fully encrypted
Must be dual boot Windows/Linux(Ubuntu)
Ubuntu must have separate /home partition
There must be a secondary (also encrypted) NTFS partition that can be accessed by both OSes (thus being shared)
Preferably the Windows OS should be hidden, the Linux OS functioning as a decoy OS.

If I install windows first, I don't get the option to encrypt the HDD when I install Ubuntu. I also looked into TrueCrypt clones, but VeraCrypt says they can't use Linux as a decoy OS and that function only works with Windows.
