Panasonic FZ-G1 Toughpad install Ubuntu

I would like to install Ubuntu on my Panasonic FZ-G1 Toughpad, I have created a bootable Flash drive, and changed my boot order preference to flash drive. But it goes straight to the windows os and doesn't recognise the Flashdrive.

Advice on how to install Ubuntu on Panasonic FZ-G1 Toughpad currently running windows 8.1 would be greatly appreciated? Any pointers appreciated.
