Hello everyone,
I just installed Kernel-4.4 and rt patches-4.4-rc6-rt1.tar.xz
While checking for a .rej files it shows few list of .rej
./drivers/misc/Kconfig.rej
./fs/namespace.c.rej
./kernel/sched/core.c.rej
./kernel/cpu.c.rej
./kernel/time/hrtimer.c.rej
./kernel/locking/rtmutex_common.h.rej
./kernel/locking/rtmutex.c.rej
./include/linux/cpu.h.rej
./include/linux/buffer_head.h.rej
./include/linux/hrtimer.h.rej
./block/blk-mq.h.rej

but there is no permission to edit these files and
what's does this mean ?? i.e while patching (it asked )
file to patch :

So, how to patch by correcting the files and what to write for "file to patch:" ?

Thanks in advance
