VINO VNC- ubuntu background without menu and icons

Hi Team,


I've trouble remote desktop to my Ubuntu Server


Local Machine: Windows XP with TightVNCViewer
Remote Machine: Ubuntu Server with Vino Server


I able to vnc ubuntu server and the mouse works well but the problem it just appreared Ubuntu 14.04 LTS background without any menu or icons. Looking the solution over the net but no luck.

I have tried using others vnc viewer and still the same result.

Please assist further.
