Dualboot W10/Ubuntu14.04 and common encrypted partition

I had a new PC (W10 preinstalled) and I want to configure a dualboot with Ubuntu 14.04.
The thing is that I would like a common encrypted partition (that I could access from Windows and Ubuntu).
