I am suing abuntu 15.10

Test-Lenovo-Z50-75 4.2.0-19-generic #23-Ubuntu SMP Wed Nov 11 11:39:30 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
and try to run opcua app
from here
http://www.openopcua.org/

it app is zip and should be unzip.
then lunch it with an start.sh
inside start.sh
is

when I run start,sh I get the following error

When I use sudo I get the following output, witch seemed to be ok

The app is a c++ application developed on windows but has a linux version

Do I need to supply more info about my problem.. I am running out of googled options :)

The site you linked keeps timing out for me, however it looks like you're trying to run a 32-bit application on a 64-bit system without the necessary 32-bit library support

What's the value of LD_PRELOAD ? You had to pay a fee, don't they offer any support?
