al.archive.ubuntu.com problem

Hello everyone!
when I try to update or upgrade my system via apt-get update && apt-get upgrade the repository al.archive.ubuntu.com is not responding and not providing info.
My current location is in albania

It could be that the servers are offline for some reason. You could try again later or change to a different mirror/server in Software & Updates>Ubuntu Software tab>Download From.

I found this link in a web search but was unable to connect to it.

al.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/

It could be something more serious as I cannot find an archive for Albania in this list. It should be at the top.

I did that and it worked, thanks. But the main reason I did this is because I wanted to let the ubuntu team know about this problem too because there are a lot of ubuntu users here in albania who might be facing the same problem as me :|
