On my 15.10 system with Nautilus 3.14.2 I do not get a right click option to either cut or move to the rubbish bin folders or files in Computer ( / ). How are you trying to delete these files?

There are some system folders and files that cannot be accessed without Administrator privileges and the file manger will tell us so if we try to open them. Clearly, if we do access those folders and files then we have the power to wreck the OS. This kind of power is not something that should be easily given.

Illegal operations can make utilities crash. It is better to close a utility down, even if it is sudden, then to crash the OS.
