View Full Version : Ubuntu mate 15.04 (vivid) can no more display images

Suddenly, my Ubuntu has stopped displaying images, in the Desktop and applications. It only shows the red cross usually seen in web pages missing images.
Check out the attached photos.
It can't either open images for viewing.

The last thing I installed was QT5.5.0, I turned off the computer. The next morning, it ran correctly, according to my son, only the first time. When he switched user, the problem appeared.

Does anybody please have an idea ?

Thank you

Maybe the upgrade to 15.10 with the new packages would help?
