Can Someone Tell Me How To Get rid of Windows 7 theme

I installed this theme following these instructions http://www.pcworld.com/article/2028896/how-to-make-ubuntu-linux-look-like-windows-7.html . I went into Ubuntu Software Center to remove the theme, but it's not listed! Now I know why I left Windows behind! It's soooo ugly!

Go to menu - Preferences/settings - Customize look and feel/appearances, pick the theme you want to remove.
