When try to install a package(Symantec Endpoint Protection), the pre checks returns Java version < 1.5 .
But typing #java -version , it returns 1.7 .
Is there a way to override this check, since the version is ok ?
My OS is Ubuntu 14.04 .
I used apt-get to install Java.
