So, when I bought my computer it comes with Windows 7 Starter. But is not strong enough to run Windows 7 because it becomes slow. Then I tried to install Lubuntu (pen drive bootable), but everytime I try, I always get this error like:
OK........
FAILED.....
OK...
FAILED....
and the screen starts to flashing. I've made a video:

I've waited 10, 20, 30 minutes but nothing happend.
I've tried to install Xubuntu and Ubuntu but I always get the same error.

My computer is an Asus eee Flare Series
Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N2800 @1.86GHz 1.86 GHz
1,00 GB RAM
x86

Someone can help me please? I've formatted the hard drive and now I don't have any OS on my computer.
Thanks

Did you check the md5sum hash of the iso file you used?
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuHashes

You can also check the validity of the install medium USB from the boot screen of that which is worth doing in this situation.

For that system, AntiX is worth looking at. Will run fine on 512 mb ram:

see their page at distrowatch: http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=antix

Have you tried the alternate (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Lubuntu/Alternate_ISO) Lubuntu 15.10?
