Problem upgrading to 15.10

Upgrading from 15.04 to 15.10 failed with the following messages:

Can anyone offer an explanation or a solution.
202.158.214.106 is the AARnet mirror site.

The mirror site offline for maintenance? Were you able to update 15.04 successfully prior to starting the upgrade? Did you use a different server for the update to the one for the upgrade?

Thanks, that may have been the problem. I tried again today and it all worked fine.
