View Full Version : [ubuntu] Unknown Media Types During Updates

During the most recent 14.04 update, I saw several unknown media types showing up as a group, one after the other, in the detail screen. I couldn't copy them, and they were gone long before I could write them down. I can't find that or anything about the update in the "System Log" app. The update completed successfully. The system apparently works fine.
Is there a problem?
If so, how do I fix it?

My suggestion is that you ignore it, or, if you're confident enough, try the fix provided in one of the links below. I just ignore those messages.

Makes sense to post a separate question in a separate thread. People who know the answer to your video problem may not read this thread based on its title if the current title doesn't interest them.
