VIM: the best addons

I'm kinda looking for an overview of what other people who use VIM, use as addons or scripts to do their daily business. There are quite a few of them. I'm trying to become efficient with the editor: file browsing, opening, switching files... that kind of stuff.

So far I am using clang-complete, Supertab, and snipMate.

If anyone uses NERDtree, I wanna hear your experiences.
