Identical to thread 2125248 (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2125248), I installed a Ubuntu 15.04 on my Vaio All-in-One as multi-boot with windows 7 and am having a odd bar along the right side of the screen. It is a Sony Vaio VGC-JS210J. The display settings show me, like in the old thread, an additional screen even there is none connected - possibly an internal second screen for TV functionality. The mentioned thread was ended as the user switched back to windows only.
