Hello,

Does anyone know where and when they will arrange the first racing competition between self-driving cars?

It would be useful to see what is the most autonomic car of; Tesla, Google, Honda, Volvo, VW?, ..., x.
I mean a Level 4 competition (of NHTSA classification) between autonomous vehicles on a closed racing track.
(Level 4 = completely automatic self-driving vehicle)

Racing conditions would put the car`s cameras, radars and computing system to a real test... when speed matters.

So when and where will this happen?

BTW: Audio-recorder is ready to tape your sound on Ubuntu 15.10.

I will happen.
Slahdot.org brings us the news: Driverless cars will compete -- with each other -- in Formula E (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Formula_E) races.
