When I choose to install ubuntu or just try without install, the screen is black after showing the ubuntu icon, with a line saying "dsub work frequency out of range 95k/60hz". When I change to another screen, it shows "no signal and the screen will be turn off". Then I can only reboot(with button on the computer engine case) the computer or shut it down.
I have tried 14.10 and 15.04 versions, and also have changed the screen connection line, it doesn't work. Things happened when using usb or disk to install.
My computer is of,
intel i7 4790k
msi z97 pc mate
nvidia gtx 970
Anything I can to do to install ubuntu?

Welcome to the Ubuntu Forums :-)

I think you have problems with the nvidia graphics. Try the boot option nomodeset, and when it works (to bring you into a simpler graphics), you can install a proprietary driver for your nvidia card.

See this link: Boot options (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2230389&p=13370808#post13370808)
