My logitech wireless keyboard works during POST, I can enter BIOS setup, and turn on USB keyboard support(legacy).
I write file ubuntu-14.04.3-server-amd64.iso to a USB stick using Universal-USB-Installer, and boot PC using the stick.
It comes the first menu of ubuntu sever installation, the first item is "Install Ubuntu Server", at this moment the keyboard still works. I can press F1 to help and press ENTER to continue the installation.
The next step is "Select a language", the keyboard stop working.
I googled the question on my notebook and found nothing help.
So I have to borrow a USB wired keyboard from one of my friends and completed the installation.
With the installed system the wireless keyboard works very well.

So, what should I do when next time installing system?
