1) Select "About this Computer" and the dialog titled "Details" appears.
2) Initially the "Install Updates" button is greyed out while it performs a check for updates.
3) Let's say there are updates and you click "Install Updates" and they are installed.
4) Now close the "Details" dialog and reopen.
5) After the greyed out check the "Install Updates" button will be enabled, even if there are no new updates.
The point is that "Install Updates" should only be enabled if there are new updates.
