Where can I do that? Is this part of gnome?
Also, in this place it says that "The Gtk Compose Table was derived from the X compose tables of XFree86 version 4.0 with further modification intended to provide a Gnome standard for all locales. It is likely that in future it will follow more closely the xorg version.":
