minecraft problem black screen

hi there i am new to these forums but joined out of despiration to get help to fix my daughters minecraft issue. she has minefraft pe on our samsung tablet 10.1 which is quite old. all of a sudden it wont load just has a bkack screen i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it does the same thing, help plz any ideas on how to fix, thanks in advance

I'm sorry, I don't know anything about Samsung tablets (running Android I presume?) and the mobile version of Minecraft.

Did you reboot the tablet in-between uninstalling and before reinstalling?

Also, I see the latest update cam 10/6/2015 so I would try uninstalling, reboot, reinstalling it again to see of it was a timing issue and if that doesn't work contact Mojang directly at mobile@mojang.com. You may not be the only person having problems with this and they'll want a heads-up of any issues since they just updated it.
