I am running Ubuntu 12.04 (I cannot upgrade because it is a work computer). I installed the xubunut-desktop package because I wanted to run xfce. I prefer pcmanfm as my file manager so I opened up the XFCE settings and selected pcmanfm as my preferred file manager. This works for all folders except desktop folders. Desktop folders still open in Thunar. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.
