Boot repair has an option to "Create BootInfo Summary" which will output some detailed information and someone will likely be able to help. You didn't post that, or if you didn't select that option, repeat the boot repair selecting that option and not trying to do any repairs. Post the output here.

If you have windows 10, it is probably installed using UEFI, if so you need Ubuntu in UEFI mode also.

Is this system using a flash drive as main drive?
/dev/mmcblk0

But with new Windows you must make sure you have turned off fast startup which is really always on hibernation.

The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).
Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/mmcblk0p4': Operation not permitted
The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown
Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume
Fast Startup off/hibernation

Fast boot is in UEFI, fast start up is in Windows. Best if both are off.
