Can't update due to Package Confirmation

Trying to update to 14.10 so I can get to 15.04. Got stuck due to a Package Confirmation due to TTF. What do I do? I can't click okay.

You can use the TAB key to navigate to the OK button, then use either the spacebar or "Enter" (aka "Return") key to select OK

Ubuntu 14.10 is no longer supported (it had 9 months of support into July, 2015), it's software repositories are closed, and an upgrade TO 14.10 is not going to work. If you want 15.04, you will have to do a new install.

14.10 repositories have not been moved to old-releases, no reason for it not to work. As you can see from the screen shot, the upgrade is already past downloading the packages and is at the installing new packages phase.
